We cover return shipping costs if the return is due to an error on our part (defective item or incorrect order). If the return is due to a change of mind or the wrong size/color selection, the customer is responsible for the return packaging and shipping fees.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout if approved. Please allow several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If production has already begun, no cancellations will be accepted. Artwork creation fees and other rendered services still apply even in the case of cancellation.
